Every part of the product, including the hands, feet, and ears, is meticulously crafted by hand. The limbs and ears are flexible and can be adjusted into different poses. As a handmade item, some minor imperfections are inevitable, but we ensure that every product is made with care and attention to detail.
We kindly ask for your understanding that due to the nature of this product, refunds or exchanges are not accepted after an order is placed. In case of forced order cancellation or refund requests, 50% of the order amount will be deducted as compensation for the labor and material costs involved.
